Check in & Out
Check in is 16.00 onward & check out is at 10.00 am. We will meet you & welcome you on arrival, or you can let yourself in with a key box and we can welcome you when you like. We can usually arrange to look after your bags for early arrivals, or late departures, and can also have equipment delivered before arrival.
Bed linen & towels
All bed linen is included and beds will be made up ready for your arrival. Towels & bath mats are provided.
Cleaning
The apt will be deep cleaned ready for your arrival and will be deep cleaned after your departure. You must however leave the property tidy and make sure the rubbish & recycling have been done.
Arrivée et départ
L'enregistrement s'effectue à partir de 16h00 et le départ à 10h00. Nous vous rencontrerons et vous accueillerons à votre arrivée, ou vous pouvez vous laisser entrer avec une boîte à clés et nous pouvons vous accueillir quand vous le souhaitez. Nous pouvons généralement nous occuper de vos bagages pour les arrivées anticipées ou les départs tardifs, et pouvons également faire livrer le matériel avant l'arrivée.
Draps et serviettes
Tout le linge de lit est inclus et les lits seront faits prêts à votre arrivée. Serviettes et tapis de bain sont fournis.
Nettoyage
La propriété sera nettoyée en profondeur prêt pour votre arrivée et sera nettoyée en profondeur après votre départ. Vous devez cependant laisser la propriété bien rangée et vous assurer que les ordures et le recyclage ont été effectués.
